Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and confident with the ability to overcome objections
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
